A very earthy and grounding soup for the winter season. This soup is inspired by Tibetan cuisine and is flavored with #sichuan peppers which adds a umami flavor to the soup. Sweet rice with mango was a winner at #chaophraya restaurant in #herndon. The food was amazing and they went out of their way to make me bespoke veggie plate with brown rice. . The most delicious expensive and hard to find mushrooms in the world…. Morels in #kashmir are enjoyed fresh in season and dried for the year round. This is such a beautiful exquisite treat and I was so grateful to get this gift from dear friends in #srinagar. Thank you 🙏 . The dish with tomatoes and yogurt was cooked by @ismetshahmiri and we savored every bite
