Beautiful vegan food in the heart of Miami- Always choose to eat amazing nourishing food … Saturday fermenting - always fascinated how this simple combination of cabbage and salt creates such a powerhouse of microbes for your health Pupusas are absolutely delicious and this spread is full of sunshine and goodness and so much fun for everyone to enjoy!! Let the light in through all the cracks in 2023… for everyone who follows my blog , thank you 🙏 for encouraging my passion… Technologist by day , I devote a lot of time studying food and creating meals that are nourishing for the soul and can simply be made in your kitchen. Let’s resolve to be KIND to the planet and change how we feed ourselves in 2023 and let the light in through all the cracks in this beautiful life…. Lots of love and good health. A very earthy and grounding soup for the winter season. This soup is inspired by Tibetan cuisine and is flavored with #sichuan peppers which adds a umami flavor to the soup. Sweet rice with mango was a winner at #chaophraya restaurant in #herndon. The food was amazing and they went out of their way to make me bespoke veggie plate with brown rice. . The most delicious expensive and hard to find mushrooms in the world…. Morels in #kashmir are enjoyed fresh in season and dried for the year round. This is such a beautiful exquisite treat and I was so grateful to get this gift from dear friends in #srinagar. Thank you 🙏 . The dish with tomatoes and yogurt was cooked by @ismetshahmiri and we savored every bite Love and Joy for the holidays everyone. 🎄🎄May the warmth come from keeping the family close and feeding your soul with good things.
